As a facilitator, I’m trained to "read" the room.
But what if the room doesn’t "read" the way I expect?
Neurodiverse professionals, those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences, are increasingly part of today’s workforce. And they bring incredible strengths to sales:

But here’s the challenge: Traditional sales training often assumes one learning style fits all.
